 Complete either the Zone Chairperson Training or the Certified Guiding Lion
Training during the 2018-2019 or 2019-2020 fiscal year.

At the end of the Fiscal Year
 Ensure that all clubs were in active status and that each club in the region
properly elected club officers and they have been fully reported to LCI.
 A minimum of 25% of the clubs in the region qualify for the Club Excellence
Award.
